Returns/Exchange:
Due to hygiene and handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment or as store credit.
• Refunds for COD orders will be issued via UPI/bank transfer after verification.
